Baked Brie with Fig Jam
Brie baked in the oven until soft and oozy, topped with our Fig & Szechuan Pepper Jam.
INGREDIENTS
1 wheel of Brie or Camembert, in a wooden box or ceramic bowl to fit
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
Fresh thyme to garnish
Crackers to serve
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre heat oven to 180C. (fan forced 160C).
Remove any plastic packaging, leave cheese in its wooden box or a ceramic dish to fit.
Score the top of the cheese in a cross pattern and drizzle with oil.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve straight away topped with Fig & Szechuan Pepper Jam and fresh Thyme.
