Beef Stir Fry with Jalapeño Relish
A quick, easy and heathy Beef Stir Fry with our Jalapeño Relish. You can use your favourite vegetables and serve on top of egg noodles.
INGREDIENTS
MARINADE
1 lemongrass stalk, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, peeled & minced
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, briefly toasted in a hot pan
pinch of sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon fish sauce
125g sirloin steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons oil
red capsicum, thinly sliced
yellow capsicum, thinly sliced
snow peas
red cabbage
100g fresh egg noodles
1-2 tablespoons Jalapeño Relish
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the marinade ingredients, season with salt & pepper, add the beef and mix to coat well. Cover and set aside for an hour or overnight.
Cook the noodles as per the packet and drain.
Heat the wok on high, sear the beef, set aside, then cook the vegetables to your liking.
Add the noodles and beef to the wok.
Serve into bowls and top with Jalapeño Relish.
