Chilli Jam Omelette
A simple Omelette made with Ham and Cheese and the sweet and spiciness from our favourite Chilli Jam.
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 slices ham, into strips
1 heaped tablespoon chilli jam
20g butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Break the eggs into a small bowl. Add the milk and a little salt and pepper, then mix well using a fork or a whisk. Add in the ham and chilli jam and mix until everything is combined.
Place a small non stick fry pan over medium heat. Add the butter and gently swirl the pan until it has melted and coated the base.
Add the egg mixture and swirl so it covers the base of the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the egg is set.
Using a big spatula, carefully scoop under one half of the omelette and fold over the other half.
Slide omelette off onto your serving plate.
