Mushroom Bruschetta with Caramelised Onion Jam
Mushrooms, Garlic, Thyme and Caramelised Onion Jam piled onto Crusty Sourdough Bread.
INGREDIENTS
400g sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
garlic salt and pepper
4 slices of sourdough bread
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil and butter in frypan over high heat.
Add the mushrooms and sautΓ© for 2-3 minutes.
Add the thyme and season with garlic salt and pepper.
Toast the bread and spread generously with the Caramelised Onion Jam.
Pile on the mushrooms and serve.
