Baguettes with Brie & Caramelised Onion Jam
Sweet Caramelised Onion Jam drizzled over gooey melted cheese on crunchy toasts, perfect for Christmas lunch or entertaining with friends!
INGREDIENTS
1 baguette cut into thin slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 wheel of brie
1 jar of Caramelised Onion Jam
fresh rosemary to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Lightly drizzle the bread pieces in olive oil and toast in a hot oven for a few minutes on each side.
Cut brie into the same amount of pieces as the baguette, top each piece with cheese and put back in the oven until cheese is melted and bubbling.
To serve dollop each with a teaspoon of Caramelised Onion Jam and a sprig of rosemary.
Enjoy straight away!
