Crostini with Brie & our Cranberry, Orange & Champagne Sauce
Crispy oven baked bread topped with Christmas flavours of cranberry sauce and soft cheese, perfect for Christmas Day lunch!
INGREDIENTS
1 baguette cut into thin slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 wheel of brie
1 jar of Cranberry, Orange & Champagne Sauce
caramelised vinegar to garnish
fresh rosemary to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Lightly drizzle the bread pieces in olive oil and toast in a hot oven for a few minutes on each side.
Spoon cranberry sauce on two thirds of the crostini then put a small slice of brie on the other end. To serve dollop each with a small dot of caramelised balsamic vinegar and a sprig of rosemary.
Enjoy straight away!
