Bolognese Pasta Bake
Bolognese Pasta Bake made with our new Tomato, Roasted Garlic & Red Wine Pasta Sauce.
INGREDIENTS
500g penne pasta
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
500g beef mince
1 jar Tomato, Roasted Garlic & Red Wine Pasta Sauce
100g fresh ricotta
100g mozzarella cheese, rated
100g cheddar cheese, grated
fresh parsley to serve
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre heat oven to 200Β°C.
Cook pasta in boiling water for 2 minutes less than the recommended cooking time. Rinse under cool water, drain and set aside.
Add the oil to a large fry pan over medium heat and cook the mince until browned.
Add the pasta to a 20cm x 30cm oven proof baking dish, top with the mince and pasta sauce, then stir to combine. Layer the three cheeses on top and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted and is golden brown. Garnish with fresh parsley.
